At Manruya, we take pride in our jewellery's quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery. The jewellery must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the tag intact—returns will not be accepted if the tag is removed or if the item shows signs of wear. Damage due to misuse or mishandling is not covered. To request a return, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the defect for verification.
